Diane and Michael Tepedino enthusiastically lead TEPSBEST Restaurant Group based out of the Poconos in Pennsylvania ― which includes Trackside Station Grill & Bar, GARLÍC Prime Steak & Seafood and Bite Grill & Bar.
For more than 8 years, Michael and Diane have been at the helm of the ever-growing Trackside Station Grill & Bar. With Trackside’s continued success, they were inspired and opened GARLÍC in Stroudsburg in 2013. With two thriving restaurants in the Poconos, Diane and Michael were eager to expand and secured a third location within the Carriage House in Pocono Manor, Bite Grill & Bar.
When looking back at all of the success these two have had in such a short period of time, they are grateful for what they have achieved and say they could not have done it without their young, brilliant and innovative team that are always creating with one parallel vision!
MEET THE TEAM
EXECUTIVE CHEF, TIM SMEDLEY
With more than 20 years of culinary experience, Executive Chef Tim Smedley commands the kitchens of all of the TEPSBEST restaurants with his mouth watering dishes. Tim has been with Trackside Station from the very beginning and has catalyzed its growth and sustainability. Working side-by-side with Mike and Diane from the beginning and sharing their vision, Tim has taken the food quality and kitchen staff to new levels and has set the bar for an exceptional dining experience.
Tim is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University’s Hotel and Restaurant Management program. He is the dedicated husband to a fiery, artistic redhead and the father of three beautiful daughters.
MANAGER, JAIME T.
Jaime started working at Trackside as a busser 6 years ago. With her work ethic, love for food and social personality, she has worked her way up the ladder and is now a Manager. When she is not holding down the fort in the restaurant, she is relaxing at home, spending time with her girlfriend, three dogs or in a Zumba class.
Jaime loves checking out other restaurants and trying new foods, but says nothing compares to Trackside. In the future, she dreams of owning her own foster home for dogs – if she can learn to give them away – and having the freedom to travel. Her bubbly personality and positivity is contagious and she is an important part of the TEPSBEST family.
