Trackside Station Grill & Bar has quickly gained a following among locals and tourists alike. The Trackside Station Grill and Bar is noted for our tasty pub fare and energetic sports-themed bar. The Trackside is built on the historic Dansbury Depot property, arguably one of the most tradition-rich locations in the Poconos. It is forging a new legacy on that same property as one of the premiere dining and entertainment locations in the Poconos.
Owner Michael Tepedino has created an atmosphere alive with energy, community spirit and good old-fashioned fun. Dine on an extensive menu of traditional favorites, unique takes on pub fare standards, and a host of special menu items. Michael Tepedino and Diane Tepedino enthusiastically lead the innovative TEPSBEST, Inc., based out of the Poconos. TEPSBEST currently includes Trackside Station Grill & Bar, Garlίc Restaurant & Bar, Bite Grill & Bar, and is on the brink of expansion.
Michael and Diane were brought together at the original Liquid Martini Bar. When Liquid moved across town to the same building that Trackside Station Grill & Bar was located in and went up for sale, Michael and Diane knew that this was the once in a lifetime opportunity they needed.
For more than 6 years, Michael and Diane have been at the helm of the ever-growing Trackside Station Grill & Bar in East Stroudsburg. With Trackside’s continued success, just three years later, Michael and Diane were able to open Garlίc Prime Steak & Seafood in Stroudsburg. Since its inception, Garlίc has also witnessed strong, consistent growth. With two thriving businesses in the Poconos, Michael and Diane were ready to expand the TEPSBEST name by bringing its superior quality food and service to the Kalahari area with Bite later this year.
When looking back at all of the success these two have had in such a short period of time, they are grateful for what they have achieved and say they could not have done it without their young, brilliant and innovative team that are always creating with one parallel vision!

Tim S., Ring Leader
With more than 18 years of culinary experience, Executive Chef Tim Smedley commands the kitchens of Trackside Station Grill & Bar and Garlίc Prime Steak & Seafood with his mouth watering dishes. Tim has been with Trackside Station from the very beginning and has catalyzed its growth and sustainability. Working side-by-side with Mike and Diane from the beginning and sharing their vision, Tim has taken the food quality and kitchen staff to new levels and has set the bar for an exceptional dining experience.
Tim is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University’s Hotel and Restaurant Management program. He is the dedicated husband to a fiery, artistic redhead and the father of three beautiful daughters. Tim’s true passion is food, but when he’s not in the kitchen, he can be found on the slopes or at the beach!
Micah H., Roll Master
Chef Micah grew up around family restaurants in the Catskill Mountains in upstate New York. He has worked in every aspect of various restaurants including resorts, pubs, catering, breakfast and fine dining mastering every skill. His attention to detail led to an apprenticeship with a world class sushi chef where he perfected his skill and fell in love with the art of sushi making. Before joining the Trackside family, Chef Micah opened his own sushi bar and brought sushi to multiple restaurants around the Poconos and the Lehigh Valley. His attention to detail, hard work and positive outlook has allowed him to work his way up to the Executive Sushi Chef and Head Chef at Trackside in under a year. When he is not thinking outside the box with sushi creations, he is spending time with his beautiful girlfriend Tiffany and his pitbull Lola who is a tennis ball enthusiast and full time foodie.
Jaime T., Lead Conductor
Jaime started working at Trackside as a busser 6 years ago. With her work ethic, love for food and social personality, she has since worked her way from bussing tables to serving, bartending and, most recently, managing. When she is not holding down the fort in the restaurant, she is relaxing at home, spending time with her girlfriend, three dogs and family or dancing it up in a Zumba class. She loves checking out other restaurants and trying new types of foods, but says nothing compares to her favorites at Trackside. In the future, she dreams of owning her own foster home for dogs of all ages and breeds – if she can learn to give them away – and having the freedom to travel whenever and wherever she wants. Jaime is the type of person who finds the joys in life and runs with it. Her bubbly personality and positivity is contagious and she is an important part of the Trackside family.
